Mr. Maninder Singh

Mr. Maninder Singh, currently the Group Chief Executive Officer for REL, is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to all operating businesses and functions across the group. He comes on board with a rich and diverse experience of almost three decades in the corporate sector. He was previously associated with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited for 27 years where he raise to eventually become the Global Financial Controller. During his tenure with Ranbaxy, he handled several critical global resources and successfully managed the Treasury, Insurance and Risk Management, Business and Trade Finance, Indirect Taxes, Payroll and Trust services, Financial and Management Accounting, Merger and Acquisitions, Investor Relations functions.

He also serves on the Board of various subsidiaries and operating companies of REL. He holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Anil Saxena

Mr. Anil Saxena a the Group Chief Finance Officer, Religare Enterprises Limited, plays a crucial role insupervising the operations of Group Treasury, Finance, Accounts and Risk functions for the organization. He has been with Religare for more than 15 years and has played a key role in the Group's evolution from a mono-line brooking business to a diversified financial services platform.

He has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in the financial services industry.Prior to Joining Religare, he has been associated with industry leaders such as Kotak Securities etc. He received a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as the Institute of the Cost Accountants of India.

Mr. Kavi Arora
Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Kavi Arora joined Religare Finvest Limited in year 2008 to spearhead the group’s lending platform. It was his vision and farsightedness to focus on Small Business Lending as the core business segment.

The company under his able leadership has grown into being one of the key SME lending financial institutions in India, supporting entrepreneurs realise their dreams and thus evidencing true to the organisation’s vision of 'In your success, lies ours'. It is this emphatic approach that has led to building up a book size of over 13,716 Crores as on 31st March, 2017.

Kavi’s vision has enabled Religare Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited to be recognised as a strong affordable Housing Business differentiated on ‘trust’ and ‘convenience’ supported by a distinct and robust underwriting framework. RHDFCL crossed a disbursement record of 100 Crores in March 2016, building the book size of over 829 Cores as on 31st March, 2016.

With over 22 years of diverse experience in financial services and ITES industry, Kavi has been associated with reputed companies such as ABN Amro Bank, ATS Services, Citi Financial, 20th Century Finance, Consortium Finance and GE Capital. During his career, Kavi has managed assignments of high repute both at domestic as well as international locations. He has been recognised for his outstanding performance through many accolades and awards during the course of his career.

Kavi has also contributed in various SME focused forums and has written articles and whitepapers on subjects related to entrepreneurship such as Family Managed Businesses, Business Planning Tips for SMEs. Kavi is currently the Chairman of Regional Council on MSMEs for CII in Northern Region and also a member of CII’s National Council on MSMEs. He is also the Chairman for a very critical initiative of CII for providing financial advice and support to its members, called CII Finance Facilitation Centre.

An avid sportsman, Kavi brings his go-geter attitude to the field in sports such as hockey and cricket for which he has representd the teams at National and University levels and also pursues his love for golf. A true philanthropist, Kavi supports an orphanage where he likes to spend time with children whenever possible.

His academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Panjab University, a Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from University Business School, Chandigarh.

Mr. Padam NarainBahl
Independent Director

Mr. Padam Narain Bahl holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the Kurukshetra University and a bachelor's degree in law from Guru Nanak De University, Amritsar. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also received a Diploma in Information System Audit from SSI, Amritsar.

Mr. Bahl has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant and advisor since 1979 and has more than 37 years of work experience. He was the Chairman of the Northern India Regional Council, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Amritsar Chapter for the year 1998-99 and was a member of the Income Tax Advisory Committee, Amritsar Chapter during the years 2002-03 and 2003-04. He joined our Board as an Independent Director on March 26, 2007.

Mrs. Sabina Vaisoha
Non-executive Independent Director

Mrs. Sabina Vaisoha has been associated with India’s leading news network, New Delhi Television (NDTV) for over 16 years. During this period she has been a part of some of the most revolutionary and cutting edge programming and national events like the Elections, fiscal Budget and Awards.

She is currently a consultant with NDTV, working on Nation wide campaigns to spread awareness of important social issues to bring about a change in society.

Mr. R. K. Shetty
Independent Director

Mr.Rama Krishna Shetty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Basaveshwara Engineering College, Bagalkot and has completed an Executive Development programming Production Planning Control and Financial Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has more than 36 years of work experience and has received the prestigious National Productivity Award in the year 1992. Mr. Shetty has been associated with the management of Hockey at the State and National level for over 15 years.He was the President of The Indian Hockey Federation and Karnataka State Hockey Association and also Vice-President of Karnataka Olympic Association.

Mr. Daljit Singh

Mr. Daljit Singh is the President-Fortis Healthcare Limited, Chairman-Malar Hospital, and a Director on the Board of Lanka Hospitals Corporation PLC, Dion Global Solutions Limited and Health Fore Teholgies Lie. During his tenure of 14 years with Fortis, he has led the Company’s Projects Function, Strategy and Organizational Development Functions and has held the office of the Chief Executive Officer. He has over 42 years of rich management experience in the Corporate sector.

Mr Singh has been a pivotal member of the top management team of Fortis Healthcare that conceptualized,formulated and implemented Fortis’ growth strategy to position it as India’s leading Healthcare delivery organization in a short span of almost 13 years.

Prior to joining Fortis, Mr Singh was on the Board of Directors of ICI India, a subsidiary of the British Multinational, Imperial Chemicals Industry plc, as the Executive Directer in charge of Human Resources, Manufacturing, External Relations and Communications.Among key responsibilities held at ICI India, he was the Chief Executive for Pharmaceuticals, Specialties at business. He was member of the ICI Global Manufacturing Group,SE Excellence Group and the Global HR Forum. His key experience and achievements have been in the areas of develop in progressive HR, organizational restructuring, building high performance culture and leading teams to deliver business value. He has successfully planned and executed significant change programs.

Mr Singh is an acknowledged expert and thought leader in the domain of Healthcare Delivery. He has represented Fortis at Industry forums like the CII and FICCI and led several healthcare related committees. He is an active participant on th World Economics Forum platform and is on the Steering Boards constituted by the Forum to guide a number of major Global projects: “Scenarios for Sustainable Health Systems”, “The Healthy Living Charter” and “Health Systems Leapfrogging”. He was on the Forum’s Advisory Board on “The Economic Burden of Non Communicable Diseases in India” and is currently on the Global Agenda Council on Ageing. He has spoken on panels and presented to Indian and International audiences on themes related to Healthcare. A certified Life and Executive Coach, he works with Senior Management to enhance personal performance and fulfllment. He also leads and facilitates workshops on Stratgy,Business Planning and Leadership. e has mentored and coached seeal eadrs across sectors. He has supported, guided and worked with high performers and leaders in ICI, Mercedes Benz, E&Y, Sapient, Ricoh, WNS, Carrier Media, SI group,Schneider and Fortis. A graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, Mr. Singh was a Commonwealth Scholar to the Senior Management Programme at the Manchester Business School. With an outstanding track record in the field of athletics, his current interest include athletics, high altitude trekking, adventure sports, spirituality,music and reading.

Mr. A C Mahajan
Independent Director

A post graduate in Science, Mr. A C Mahajan has spent over 38 years in India's banking industry across various senior positions in India and abroad. He was the Chairman & Managing Director of Bangalore-based Canara Bank between 2008 and 2010, after working as he Chairman and Managing Director of Kolkta-based Allahabad Bank from 2006 to 2008.He was earlier Executive Director at Bank of Baroda nd a also served as the Chief Executive of Bank of India’s Japan operations. After super annunciation in 2010, Mr. Mahajan has been on the Boards of several companies and has also been serving as the Chairman of the Governing Council of the Banking Codes and Standards Board of India since December 2011.
